In this his fifth film, Des Taylor turns to his first love, barbel fishing on the river. A native of Worcestershire it only seemed fitting that he should choose as the location the beautiful River Teme, which winds its way out of Wales to meet the mighty River Severn juts outside the historic city of Worcester. Since their introduction to the River Severn the barbel have travelled downstream and into the Teme in their thousands and each year they get bigger. In this film Des looks particularly at baits, methods and swims, highlighting likely looking spots. He shows us how to feed the swim and finally he gets amongst them,
