Postage and delivery

We aim to dispatch on receipt of order provided goods are in stock.

For delivery within the UK:

We offer a range of flexible delivery services to suit your requirements, with delivery charges starting as low as £2.95 for orders under 1.5kg for 1st Class Royal Mail post. Delivery options and quotes are viewable from the “My Basket” page and are customised to show only those suitable for your order.

For added peace of mind if you select either Special Delivery or UPS Carrier you will be supplied with a tracking number on dispatch of your order. We may at our discretion, and at no extra cost to you, choose to upgrade your chosen delivery method on a case by case basis.

For Channel Islands residents:

Selecting Jersey or Guernsey from the countries list when obtaining a delivery quote or filling out delivery details will remove UK VAT from your basket total.

For delivery within the EU / Europe zone:

Delivery starts as low as £4.95 for Airmail delivery of parcels under 1kg. Tracked services are available at extra cost and quotes may be obtained from the “My Basket” page.

For delivery to the US and Canada:

Sorry, due to current insurance policy restrictions, we are unable to deal with North American customers at this time. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this may cause.

For delivery to the rest of the world:

As of 27/01/2012 our website is now able to quote for and process automatically orders for a limited number of destinations. At this time these are:

• Australia
• Japan
• New Zealand
• South Africa

All orders are dispatched via Airmail, with delivery times estimated to be between 3 to 5 days from dispatch. The airmail service is suitable only for packages up to 2kg. If your order weighs between 2 and 4 kg we will attempt to ship your goods in two packages and the website will quote accordingly. If you are not offered a delivery option it will be because your parcel is estimated to weigh over 4kg. In such a case please contact us via our Contact Form, email info@justfish.co.uk, or telephone +44(0)1874636 591 to ask for a quote.

If your destination is not currently supported through our website, please contact us via our Contact Form, email info@justfish.co.uk, or telephone +44(0)1874636 591 to ask for a quote. We offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. New delivery destinations will be added to our automated quoting and shipping system in due course based on demand.

Returns

You may return your order for a full refund of the purchase cost under the following conditions:

• The items must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers), 14 days (European customers) and 21 days (other customers)
• The items must be in their original condition and unused (re-saleable)
• Postage will also be refunded where an item is defective, has been incorrectly shipped or as a result of an error made by Just Fish

If you decide to return items for any other reason we are unable to refund the cost of return postage. Returned items should, where possible, be accompanied by the relevant delivery note on which you should note down the reasons for return.

We recommend that any returned orders are sent by recorded delivery as you remain responsible for them until we receive them.
