How to Choose Items

Browse our product range using the links in the bar at the top of every screen. To select an item for your shopping cart simply click on Add to Cart. If you change your mind later you can easily remove items from your cart before confirming your order

How to Pay for your Order

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase click on Your cart and then click on Check out. You will be asked to tell us your delivery address and contact details so we can start to process your order. If you wish to pay by cheque then please complete the order process and your order will be logged. Please print your final order form and send the printed form with your cheque payment to our mailing address. If you wish to pay by credit card then please complete the order process and pay using our secure Worldpay card service. Worldpay are a world-respected card merchants who will process your card payment safely and securely

Our Returns Policy

You may return your order for a full refund of the purchase cost under the following conditions:

• The items must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers), 14 days (European customers) and 21 days (other customers)
• The items must be in their original condition and unused (re-saleable)
• Postage will also be refunded where an item is defective, has been incorrectly shipped or as a result of an error made by Just Fish

If you decide to return items for any other reason we are unable to refund the cost of return postage. Returned items should, where possible, be accompanied by the relevant delivery note on which you should note down the reasons for return

We recommend that any returned orders are sent by recorded delivery as you remain responsible for them until we receive them
